Fall Term 2024 - Time Slots

Please choose the recurring weekly appointment time you would like for your student. Confirmation will be sent as your registration process is completed. 

●A nonrefundable registration fee is due at the time of term registration in order to reserve your student’s time slot. 

Time slots are reserved in the order of applications received. All student registration changes must be received through the online form provided (a device is available on site to facilitate access).
